Nicole & Miles Workout

Miles D. & I work out together. We boulder and bosu ball. We also jogged and did bicep and ab workouts. So much fun!! Especially when we synched our i-pods to play Rihanna’s “Breakin’ Dishes.” I love this boy!!! Check out his blog y’all…. and the vid!
